I know there are alot of hosting services on the market today.  But at $5/mo...you can get all the perks with the great personal customer service.  Can't go wrong.

In all of my time with Net-Trend things have been great. They contacted me after problems I had with another service being posted to webhosting talk, now I thought that was pretty guttzy so I desided to give them a try. WOW....only a couple of VERY minor hicups and every time a quick and efficantg resolution. I will and would recomended them as a host, infact I am planning to get a reseller acct so I can have any future sites I do here too.

I also am very happy that responding to any of my questions was done literally within minutes, excellent customer service.

Once again, I feel the need to praise the outstanding service I have received from Net-trends.  This morning I found I could not receive e-mail via POP3, so I logged a response ticket.  Within 8 minutes I had received a response stating the problem was being investigated.  Then within another two minutes the problem had been resolved.

In all my professional IT career, I have never delt with a company that offers this level of service so consistently!  Great job guys!!  Cheesy  Cheesy  Cheesy

I am very happy with Net-trend. They seem so accomodating when I have had custom alterations to my plan.

I used to work as a system administrator for a Premium UK webhosting company. And for the small costs I pay Net-trend they are in everyway as efficient and reliable as the afformentioned host.

Our merchant provider will email an invoice to you 7 days before you will be automatically billed again. There is no need for you to monitor your subscription to our services as that is all taken care of. Smiley

This question isn't so much a pre-sales enquiry, but perhaps could be added to the FAQ list?  I'm just curious to know what happens when my 3 months of paid up hosting expires?

Does Net-trend automatically send an e-mail invoice for a further 3 months which can then be paid online, or is it up to me to keep track of when my 3 months is up, and submit another online purchase?  I would hate to loose track of when my 3 months is up and have my account expire and all my hosting taken offline, so I thought I would ask the question.
